Places for young adults to remain in New England?

Me and my friends are looking out on a mini-vacation for about 4 days in December sometime. Let me give you some details ….. * We are all either 21 or 22 if you like going to bars and doing things that young adults do. * We are looking for a nice hotel for a discount. * theres about 6-10 of us go. * It needs to be not more than 3 hours and half of New York. * We are not skiers, snowboarders, or something like that. We'd tubing if they had, but we are looking more to relax and drink a little skiing at the time and do things in the snow. If you have any ideas please let me know! I'll explore ALL options!
